2022 Fundrasing!
Welcome to Beaver Brook Swim Team for the 2022 season! If this is your first year, we’re glad you’re here. If you are a returning family, welcome back! Either way, you’ll find that Beaver Brook is a great swim family and we’re excited to see just where our team will go this summer!
Your family and swimmers are valuable members of our swim community, and we appreciate your investment of time and energy to make our team more successful. Because the success of the swim team relies on fundraising, we’d like to share with you about this year’s fundraising opportunity. Last year, we partnered with Ham and Goody’s to raise funds and get some delicious cookies in the process! This year, we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be partnering with Ham and Goody’s once again.
You may have noticed that we were able to purchase new lane lines due to last year’s fundraising efforts. This year, we hope to purchase pool lights and other necessary equipment. Fundraising also helps to offset the swimmers’ entrance fees to both Smoky Mountain Invite and City Meet.
Here is some important information about our fundraiser:
- Ham and Goody’s has the following flavors available: Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Sugar, Snickerdoodle, and the famous Lemon! All of these flavors are $16 per dozen. They also offer a gluten free Chocolate Chip for $18 a dozen.
- Cookie sales will be due on June 24th! All monies should be turned in at this time. Cash or check will be accepted. Checks should be made to Bluefin Swimming.
- Please turn in both your order form and your monies in a clearly labeled envelope which includes your swimmer’s name.
- There will be hard copies of the order form at the pool, but an online version of the order form is available on the website under the Ham and Goody’s tab.
- Families will enter their own orders this year on a Google Form. This is different from last year. This should help stream line the process and make collection much easier! Please double check your order before submitting. Once your order is submitted, that will be the final order turned in to Ham and Goodys!
- Pick up will take place on July 7th at the Ham and Goodys Pick up location (7117 Regal Lane). Please double up with other parents to ensure that your cookie order can be picked up on that day.
