Several have asked, so just to clarify:  PRE-TEAM FAMILIES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER, AS THE PRE-TEAMERS ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN MEETS.  

For everyone else.....

A big thanks to all of you who worked at the meet last night!  It was fast and efficient and everyone did a great job!  Our next meet is a home meet, and it's on Monday, June 18 against P-Club.  Because it's a home meet, we will have more volunteer positions open.  We have added some positions that allow you to job shadow and learn a new job.  Please consider choosing one of these if you are new, or even if you are a seasoned parent who has never worked a particular job.  There's a job for everyone!  

Remember, it takes our whole team to make the meets run, and each family is expected to work at least 4 shifts this season during the dual meets, though we deeply appreciate those of you who go above and beyond!  The website counts the shifts for us - see the attachment to check your status.

The template has been opened up to give you more options from which to choose on the front end.  The volunteer coordinators will still place shift one and shift two workers, and those jobs include Timers, Scribes, Runners, Concession Stand (just selling candy, snacks, and drinks), and Clerk of Course, and water duty (delivering water two workers).

To sign up, go to Meets and Events tab, then scroll down to P-Club Job Signup.
