Holston Hills Country Club is hosting a professional golf tournament all day on Monday. It is imperative that we work with the club in this situation so that they are able to host their tournament without us getting in the way. The club was gracious enough to allow us to keep our meet at the scheduled day and time, but to respect their wishes, we must adhere to the following:

1. THERE CAN BE NO TENTS IN THE PARKING LOT UNTIL AFTER 4:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot guarantee how many of the parking spaces will be free after 4:00 - there's a chance that some of the golfers will be parked there, and they will be participating in the dinner. IF CARS REMAIN IN THOSE SPACES AFTER THE MEET STARTS, please be respectful and do not place your tents close to the parked vehicles, in order to avoid causing any damage to the vehicle.

2. MONDAY MORNING PRACTICE: There will be two practices on Monday morning, 10 and under from 9:00-9:45, and 11 and up from 9:45-10:30. EVERYONE NEEDS TO PARK IN THE GRASSY AREA IN FRONT OF THE TENNIS COURTS. DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT.

3. PARKING MONDAY NIGHT:The club is going to try to allow as many parking spaces in the lot as possible, but we need to be more efficient with parking in the grass this time. We are finalizing details in regards to parking for Monday night, so please be prepared to park in the grass and along the roads. MORE DETAILS WILL COME ON MONDAY, SO PLEASE CHECK AND READ YOUR EMAILS.

4.  Don't forget that it's PINK NIGHT!  Make sure you wear as much pink as you can!  Please arrive at 4:00.  Warmups are at 4:30!
