Lots going on this week.

Thursday Practice is normal may be a little shorter with meet that day.

Friday we will do practice as follows.

8 and and under and 9-10     9-9:45

11-18 9:45-10:30

Thursday be at Green Meadow at 4:30 Warmups at 5:00

SMI

Saturday 11-18 Warmups 7:35 - 7:40

Sunday 8 and under and 9-10 Warmups 8:20-8:35
