    I will send out mixed relay and Med relay teams tomorrow.  They may have changed from what was originally sent out.  Please know I spend hours and hours and have done much research on relays and Indv events.  Relays are not something I just throw together, I have many factors that go into deciding the best relays it is not always just based on time.  Free relays at the end of the meet will be decided after the free events.  

    Info below will help us prep and give you info on what is going on for City.  I do not have a timeline yet so I cant tell you when we will end.

    Our warm-ups on Friday 11-18 year olds are 8:25-8:40  Please arrive no later then 8:00/

    Warm-ups on Saturday 8 and under and 9-10  7:40-7:55 Please be no later then 7:20.

    Sunday If you make it back INDV or Relay in top 16 warm-ups are 8:10-8:25

    Tent location The 40x20’ tent will be in the same spot as years past at the top of the stairs between the outdoor pool and Student aquatic building. Additionally, the team will provide 2 or 3 10’x10’ pop up tents that will go behind the planter on the side of the building. PLEASE do not set up any chairs or tents in front or beside the tent next to the stairs. We have to leave other teams access to their tents. As always, when setting up chairs please be considerate of others. Just a few groups laying down blankets and surrounding them with chairs will consume the whole tent quickly.PARKING (next 4 paragraphs from GKAISA website)

    Parking will be allowed in the parking garage across from the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center. The parking fee for the garage is $5 per vehicle upon each entry. If a vehicle leaves and returns the same date an additional $5 fee will be charged. Parking fees go to UT, not GKAISA.

    Free parking will be available at the Metron/Kingston Building next to Tyson Park (2309 Kingston Pike.) It is approximately one mile from the AJIAC. Shuttle busses will NOT be provided between the pool and parking area at the Metron.

    No traffic will be allowed on UT Drive between the Student Aquatic Centerand the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center.

    Drop-off and Unloading will only be allowed in the right lane of Andy Holt Avenue in front of the Student Aquatic Center(SAC). I

    NO PARKING or leaving the car will be permitted there at any time during the meet.

    ABSOLUTELY NO UNLOADING in front of the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center. The street is not wide enough, and officers WILL WRITE TICKETS to persons who block traffic by stopping there. Police officers will be present to direct traffic and ensure everyone’s safety.

    MY PERSONAL OPINION

    In the past, unloading in the circle parking lot behind the Student Aquatic center has been allowed although it can be congested.

    Clerk of course

    There will be a slight change this year in Clerk of Course. There will be two clerk of course with separate entrances for boys and girls, hopefully this will reduce a lot of the congestion that occurs at the entrance. Also, the boys will swim in the diving well end while the girls will be swimming in the scoreboard end.
