Hey Everyone!  Thank you all for offering to volunteer tomorrow!  Here are a few things that you need to keep in mind for tomorrow:

1.  Workers meeting is at 8:10, sharp at the girls clerk of course tent!  First shift workers MUST ATTEND.  You will receive a lanyard to wear for your shift.  You must remain at your post until you are relieved by the next person.

2.  If you are second or third shift, you will receive an "admit one" type ticket.  You will use this to get in the door when it is time for your shift.  They are even more strict this year than in years' past.   You may only enter the pool deck one time, which should be at the time of your shift.  Do not enter early, as they will not allow you to stay on deck without a lanyard, and you will be asked to leave.   Once your ticket has been taken, you will not be allowed back in.  

If, for some reason, you cannot fulfill your shift, please find yourself a replacement and make sure they know where to be and when to be there.  Remember that our team is fined $20 and 25 points for each shift not fulfilled - so this is nothing to take lightly!
