Here is some important info about the meet.....

VOLUNTEER CHECK IN - NEW SYSTEM: For this meet, we need everyone who is volunteering to check in at the volunteer check-in table. This table will be to your right as soon as you enter the gate. It is much easier for the volunteer coordinators to stay in a designated spot instead of hunting down everyone. If you are volunteering, you should have received an email from the volunteer coordinator to let you know your job.

PARKING: Village Green is expected to bring about 160 swimmers. We need to leave as much of the parking lot open as we can for them to park. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, PLEASE CARPOOL! Also, there is some parking to the right of the club, on the opposite end of the club from the pool. We ask that you drop off your swimmer and items, and fill up these spots first. If you know someone in the neighborhood and can park at their house, please do so. 

THERE IS NO PARKING ON FARRAGUT AVENUE! This is the road directly across from the club parking lot. There are neighbors there who are adamant that we DO NOT park there. 

TENTS: Please adhere to the signs in the parking lot and keep tents in the designated spectator seating spaces. Make sure you do not overflow into the visitor seating spaces. In our spectator seating spaces, each space is meant to have two tents. Please make sure that you are leaving room for a second tent in the parking space if you arrive first. Also, remember that there is plenty of space on the pool deck for our team to sit. The visiting team will sit in the grassy area outside the pool gate. THERE SHOULD BE NO ONE ON THE TENNIS COURTS AT ANY TIME. 

BATHROOMS: Because we have so many people attending, we will have three port-a-potties available, so use those if you can, in addition to the ones inside. The bathrooms inside will be unisex, so please use both and keep the lines moving.

FOOD: The club is providing the food for us this time! Please plan to support them! They will be serving burgers, hot dogs, drinks, chips, and candy. They have not let me know the prices yet, but please try to patronize them. This is a huge benefit for us as a team!
