Please join us for the End of the Season Banquet!
Saturday, July 27, following City Finals (NOT SUNDAY!)
Social Hour: 5:30-6:30 (cash bar will be open)
Dinner and Banquet will begin at 6:30

Dinner Menu:
Main Course Choices: Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Rosemary Dijon Chicken Breast
Sides: Baked Beans (not vegetarian), Potato Salad, and Fruit.
Dessert: Ice Cream (vanilla and mint chocolate chip)
Meal Cost: $5 per person (children 2 and under eat free)
Many thanks to William and Samantha Carithers (Willy’s Butcher Shop) for providing the hamburgers and hot dogs, Kelly Johnson and Jonathan Wimmer (Johnson Family Restaurants) for providing the baked beans, fruit, and ice cream, and the Holston Hills Country Club staff for the remainder of the food and the service!
Anyone with dietary restrictions is welcome to bring their own food if needed, as we couldn’t plan a menu to suit all dietary needs.
THINGS TO NOTE:
DEADLINE TO SIGN-UP: THURSDAY, JULY 25
Dress: by tradition, most families wear “dressy casual” attire to the banquet
We kindly ask that only the immediate families (this includes grandparents) of the swimmers and pre-team members attend the banquet, due to the larger size of the team and our limited space.
Please advise your kiddos ahead of time to remain within in the confines of the building or on the clubhouse patio. The club restaurant will be open that night, and we need to be respectful of the club members that are dining on the restaurant terrace. PLEASE STAY OFF OF THE GOLF COURSE AT ALL TIMES.
We will be collecting banquet money at all practices and meets prior to the banquet.Money can be given to Dan or Allison Lore, Jonathan Buhl, Sara Whitley, or Pam O’Dell. Please try to make an effort to pay prior to the banquet, though money will also be collected at the door for those who have already RSVPd that they will be eating.It's hard to believe this season is already coming to a close. Our team has done SO WELL!!
