Once again please look over results carefully!  Top 16 in indv events and relays come back.

Warmups are 7:40-7:55

If not swimming until medely relay then you can come by 9:30

If the free relay at the end is your only event then 1:30 is when you should be there. 

If you are In a mix coed relay you are there at 7:40 for warmups. 

If you are in the first and then last relay you may leave in between
