    Hey Swimmers,

We are looking forward to getting next week June 1st.

Anyone who was on the waiting list has been added to the team!

I wanted to address the key points of how we will run swim practice so that everyone will understand how this will work. To give families the most bang for the buck and to try and keep age groups together the best we can, we will run 3 practice time slots in the morning and 3 slots in the evening that, each will be 45 minutes with a 10-minute buffer transition. A list of the swimmers in each practice slot will be sent out today.

    Morning

    8:00-8:45

    10 Minute buffer

    8:55-9:40

    10 Minute Buffer

    9:50 - 10:40

Evening plus Friday morning See above for morning times.

    6:10 - 6:55

    10 Minute buffer

    7:05 -7:50

    10 Minute Buffer

    8:00 - 8:50

We will run 4 swimmers per lane 2 swimmers at each end. Swimmer 1 at both ends will touch and scoot to the left, swimmer 2 will touch on the right and then scoot back to the 6-foot mark on the lane rope.

Families will enter the pool deck from the putting green end (near the shallow end of the pool) and exit up the steps to the parking lot near the deep end of the pool.

We will allow parents on the pool deck as long as we can keep the number under 50. Parents may also watch from the parking lot and from the upper balcony. Please bring your own chairs so we do not have to clean and disinfect after practice.

Locker Rooms will be off-limits, we ask that you come ready to swim and in your suit. When practice is over we ask that you get dried off and exit quickly so we can get the next group in the pool area.

All parents swill sign the GKAISA release that has to be turned in before swimmers enter the water. The release is attached to this email.

We also as ask that you diligently watch for any symptoms of illness in you or your child prior to coming to practice. IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE STAY HOME! As a reminder I have attached some information to the email.

    See you soon,

    Brett
