Hello Swim Family! 

It’s time for the end of season banquet. Please fill out the form so that we have a headcount and the correct amount of tickets needed for your family. You may pay with cash, check, or Venmo. When paying with cash or check, please put in an envelope with family name and the amount of adult tickets and kid tickets you are purchasing. Checks should be made to Bluefin Swimming.  If paying through Venmo, make sure to include that information as well. The Venmo will go to @Rhonda-Kiser-1.

If you want to make a donation for the coaches, include that as well and make sure to indicate how much goes toward that.
